Request: Option for "Search for references"

It would be great if we had the option to trigger a full refactor with code lookup (basically what the Rename-Window already offers - but for like the full array of selected files and recusively folders.

Would be a real life saver for my current task (renaming a gazillion .htm/.html files to .php and updating all the hardcoded references in an almost 2 decade old project to comply with a new hoster and fix another ton of security issues)

Edit: There is this plugin which basically does the same thing for a selected folder, recursively - sadly it stops for no reason and I'm not getting any feedback, leaving files without a file extension at all: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/plugin/17455-rename-files-refactor-batch
