Unneccessary Require-Bundle in org.eclipselabs.mongoemf.api Manifest

There two require bundle directives:

org.eclipse.xtext.xbase.lib;visibility:=reexport, org.eclipse.emf.ecore.xcore.lib;visibility:=reexport

They doesnt seem to have any use in the API.
