Access policy for created packages/modules

If you create some packages via MIGX, you can add them to the context menu. I can create custom permissions to grant access (for different users) to these, however they need access to MIGX and have access to MIGX configs etc.

How can i grant access to different modules/packages and deny the access to MIGX?
