Relocated storage path of Thunderbird profile is not picked up

Under Windows 10: after relocating the path from "%appdata%\Thunderbird\Profiles\7v9djwfz.default-release" to "D:\Documents\Thunderbird-myProfile" I am getting an error when trying to open the settings of AutoarchiveReloaded noting that it could not find the file:

jar:file:///C:/Users/rudol/AppData/Roaming/Thunderbird/Profiles/7v9djwfz.default-release/extensions/[email protected]!/options.html

I suggest to simply uninstall und reinstall the addon. Then you have to re-enter your settings.
