AutoarchiveReloaded stops working after some folders ... (68.2.1, macOS 10.14.6)

my IMAP accounts grew over years. More as 40GB are now online. That's maybe the problem. Usually I'm using Apple Mail, but Thunderbird in combination with your tool looks like a perfect match for my archiving problem. Archived mails need to be stored separated by year and keeping the folder structure. I used 1825 days as the date for the archive. Two accounts on two different server systems. Both are using dovecot as server backend. Connected by GigaBit LAN.
Only one account has been configured every time I try to use the add on. With both accounts I'm coming to the same result. AutoArchiving is moving 5 to 10 folders and then nothing happens anymore. You need to quit Thunderbird completely and start AutoArchiving again. Another 5 to 10 folders will be moved ... and so on. Not a way you like to move 40GB data. ;) Any idea?

This sounds like Thunderbird itself is not able to move the amount of data (the addon is "only" collecting the information which mails to archive and telling Thunderbird to do so).
With "nothing happens anymore" do you mean Thunderbird is frozen? Or can you still use it but it does no longer move mails? Can you enable logging in the addon setting? Then have a look in the console (extra menu\developer tools\error console). Do you see any errors?
Maybe it is an idea to start with an even bigger day setting?

Thunderbird itself is running and working. It just stops moving mail into the archive.
May you will see something in the logs, but it looks like Thunderbird has an issue moving the mails ... but it moved mails. With every new start 300 to 500 mails ... no idea why. Server logfile is more or less clean. After 300 seconds idle time I see a timeout on the session. Nothing unusual ...
I took 2550 days ... no effect.

Was this a complete log or just a part of it? According to the log only 262 messages shall be archived?

About the gloda.index_ms error. This is an error from the Thunderbird search index. You can try to disable the search index and see if it helps. (under settings\advanced)
Yes, at this point Thunderbird stops archiving mails. he could archive several thousand mails in hundreds of folders. But he did two ... that's exactly the problem.
When I quit Thunderbird completely, start is again and start the archiving I will get some other lines with two or three other folders till Thunderbird stops moving messages. You can do it as often as you like. Same result. Maybe a macOS issue? I could test it on a Ubuntu 18 Desktop installation. I assume you'd check your tool against big postboxes?
