Rendering problems

The yellow blocks are meant to be transparent glass, and the blocks above the hoppers leading into the composters and under the yellow structure are chests.

Those are pumpkin stems.

Signs, certain items in item frames, repeaters and rails look funny. The block the sign is on is white stained glass, but it renders as opaque.

The problems persist even when my resource pack is disabled. I'm running Optifine + Optifabric 1.15.2 on Fabric with a few other mods (Carpet Mod, MiniHUD, Litematica, Tweakaroo, Worldedit etc.), none of which interfere with rendering. I'm trying to use Octray e94c86630e5833b2378a5333e23b519673621232 on a GTX 1050 2GB
