ttgo tdisplay vs esp32s3 [as in smoochie]
should i use ttgo tdisplay even it has 16mb flash or esp32s3 as it has 16mb flash 8mb psram and more pins? even though ttgo has compact body?why? i mean for future bruce upgrades is s3 future proof or tdisplay already decades ahed?
I am not sure what you mean by the T-Display being decades ahead.
As long as you get a device with PSRAM you should be good for future Bruce updates. Lack of PSRAM is becoming a problem when developing new features.
There are some models that support 5G WiFi but Bruce support is still in the development stage. They seem to be weak devices in terms oF CPU so might need to be implemented as a board that Bruce can talk to from a more powerful ESP32-S3 device.
