Mic recorder improvements

Proposed Changes This PR enhances the microphone recording functionality with improvements to audio quality and recording flexibility:

• Increased DMA buffer count to fix click noise during recordings.
• Added an option to record for an unlimited duration.
• Corrected the sample rate to 48kHz to address low-tone voice distortion.

Types of Changes

• Bugfix: Fixed click noise during recording by adjusting DMA buffer count.
• Bugfix: Corrected sample rate to improve voice tone accuracy.
• New Feature: Added support for unlimited recording time. (scroll time to 0)

Verification Verified on Lilygo T-embed CC1101

Testing Manual testing was performed for:

• Various recording durations including unlimited mode.
• Audio clarity and pitch accuracy at the new 48kHz sample rate.
• UI interaction
