Startup sound always on

Describe the bug: After i set a theme and a boot.gif on my m5stickc plus2 it always does the startup sound even after i turned it off several times. And when i turn off the startup sound and restart it from the "Config" menu it plays the startup sound.

Steps To Reproduce: I dont really know but it happened after i installed the Watchdogs theme

Device used: M5stickc plus2

Expected behavior: When i turn off startup sound it should be fully silent without playing any sound after booting and the "startup sound" option should stay off

Actual behavior: Still plays the sound and it automatically turns the "startup sound" back on.
