Enhanced Tracking Protection doesn't function properly in Waterfox

What happened?

When setting the Tracking Protections mode to either Strict or Custom (w/ strict preset), the Protections dashboard does not show it is blocking trackers on most, if not, all sites especially with aggressive tracking reputation like weather & news sites in comparison to Firefox (or its other forks). It's an issue I've encountered with all platforms (Windows, macOS, and Linux), the screenshots I've provided were on macOS.

I'm also having this issue. Some fingerprinters get blocked but everything else remains.
