Can't play audio and video

What happened?

I can't play youtube, html5 video (https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp) and video file (accessed using file://<path-to-mp4> in waterfox installed on Windows 10

What i have tried

• When i open (https://bitmovin.com/demos/drm/) It says widevin crashed
• I tried multiple browser (chrome, firefox, librewolf) the same problem occur in librewolf
• I also have tried to run waterfox on another computer (Fedora 34, windows 11) and it works fine.

I can possibly give the output log, but i don't know how to do that

At this point, i know the problem is in my computer, since video/audio file can play on waterfox in another computer. but i can't tell why. Can you guide me how to fix this issue?
