Bookmarks Sidebar not using global scrollbar design after Update to G6.0.7

What happened?

After the Update to G6.0.7 the Bookmarks Sidebar is not using the globally defined scrollbar design of Waterfox. The correct scrollbar gets applied for other Sidebar contents: correct

but the Bookmark Sidebar has a different design: wrong

More details: also happens with the History Sidebar. I deactivated Waterfox-CSS in about:config and I'm using the compact theme.
