Some page loading very slow when initial access.

What happened?

I'm using Waterfox installed by scoop. When Waterfox access our Onpremise Atlassian Jira (http://issue.jennifersoft.com) I have to wait about 10 seconds. It's happened only access first time each page on this site. When I try page refresh using F5 there is no problem after finish first rendering. And also it's not reproduced Firefox. You can reproduce this problem on Waterfox as access to our Jira.

For me 25 seconds to open in Waterfox. About 7 seconds to open in Firefox or Google Chrome

I found a workaround. Problem happening web site is only support http. (non https) So I check Enable HTTPS-Only Mode in all windows in about:preferences#privacy

When I access page after configuration displayed warning message whether allow non https page or not. So I click allowed button. After do that there is no delay for access anytime.

I think this problem is related with non-https page access.
