What happened?

In 6.x, when Waterfox is launched with the -P command line parameter, a blank profile manager window is displayed for about 15 seconds before anything is displayed in the window.

Reproducible?

• [X] I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
