Add option to translate "Look & Feel" entries to other languages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As i said in the title, allow translate "Look & Feel" options.

Describe the solution you'd like Add option for example in crowdin to translate "Look & Feel" options.

Describe alternatives you've considered Allow translate using Pull request if crowdin translate is not possible.

Additional context No SS required i guess.

I hope the development team can pay more attention to this issue.

I'd like to share some thoughts as well. Just yesterday, I updated some translations for this project on Crowdin, and noticed from the Activity section that the last translation activity before mine was four months ago. This made me wonder, is the current l10n status of the project being synchronized with Crowdin in a timely manner? It might be beneficial to check on this to ensure all the latest updates are accurately reflected.

As a non-English user, I'm looking forward to participating more in the l10n work to achieve a better Waterfox user experience.
