Window corners render as squares

What happened?

The window shows square blobs instead of nice rounded corners. The issue was fixed in a previous version of Firefox but is still present in both Waterfox and Tor Browser.

The below image shows Firefox, Waterfox, Tor Browser (from bottom left to top right).

Steps to reproduce:

1. Use any theme other than "System theme"
2. Unmaximize the window

according to tor browser devs the "nipple" will be fixed when upgrading to the firefox esr102 base

when is this due to happen with waterfox?
