AVIF Image Loading Issue Reopened #2529

What happened?

#2529 reported that the AVIF loading issue was fixed in G4.0.7 but when I reenabled image.avif.enabled images still would not load on unsplash.com. Disabling image.avif.enabled fixed this issue.
