We should go with Steph's suggestion of renaming the menu option as "Language AND code" and keeping them in the same singular menu.

Reopened due to concern as to whether the Language and Code Menu is sufficiently clear that it will only change the language and code of the menus and other UI features, not books and not even the built in book/s.
