Page number selection in go to page should directly follow text

This is unintuitive as a reader will stop reading when they encounter blank spaces. The numbers should be moved to be right after the text. Any blank spaces should be filled with characters (two bottom dots - ⠤).

After testing it quite a lot I can confirm that even the trailing dots aren't sufficient to stop someone missing it entirely.

Therefore the page-number-out-of-page-numbers string should be directly at the end of the line on the left, without trailing dots.
