I have the same problem here. I can detect "Pro Controller" on the Bluetooth page of my phone, but the Nintendo Switch just does not seem to respond at all. Have you had any workarounds?

Many thanks!

Dont use VMware. The problem may be solved by using VirtualBox instead.

I have the same problem about connecting NS via VMware. I use laptop. I thought there was something wrong with my network card until I found this article. https://www.bilibili.com/read/cv13842973 (Chinese website) The author succeeds in connecting NS via VirtualBox.

I think I am already using VirtualBox, I have never used VMware before; still could not connect. Does the Bluetooth version of the Bluetooth dongle matter? I see mine runs Bluetooth 2.0, whole ordinary Nintendo Switch Joy-cons are using Bluetooth 3.0.

Many thanks!
