Expose “CuckooGenerator” as executable product for consumption on custom plugin

Hi @MatyasKriz

I am looking to create a custom plugin that follows my particular sub-targets structure and leveraging multiple .toml files. I did achieve this by customising your existing implementation of CuckooPluginFile.swift locally.

However, in order to scale this further and depend directly on Cuckoo via SPM (rather than having custom fork), I would need to have access to CuckooGenerator, which is not currently exposed as a product.

Would this be feasible in your view?
