[Feature] RabbitMQ Mutual TLS

Our Rabbit server is set up to require a client certificate but there appears not to be an interface in Brighter for providing one.

Some interface to provide it in the RmqMessagingGatewayConnection object would be nice.

I'll be working on an implementation for our case next week, I'm hoping someone on your side gets there before I do :)

That was to be my plan but instead we decided simply not to use mTLS for this case.
