[Feature] Provide an option to turn on/off the telemetry implementation

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Additional headers are added when using API to post the request which we don't really want to include these extra headers into our message.

Describe the solution you'd like Can we have an option to turn on/off the telemetry so these extra headers can be included/excluded based on the setting?
