Using the ServiceBusReceiver.DeferMessage it may be possible to just put the message back on the same queue (subscription)

It seems that at the minute the Microsoft Libraries don't support this in a way that I deem feasible, I have raised https://github.com/Azure/azure-sdk-for-net/issues/27118 to see if we can rectify this
