Issue 642: resave all test configs

• I manually saved a couple configs to confirm RCTab isn't doing anything different. I found some extra settings that aren't included in your manual updates.
• When doing the above, I also had the version number updated in main.java in order to take some screenshots for the user guide. I realized that is going to cause all the tests to fail, as the RCTab version number is included in the output. I created another task for that update separate from this one. https://github.com/BrightSpots/rcv/issues/935
