Move menu items to OS menu

Right now RCTab has a built-in menu with File, Tabulation, Conversion, and Help listed. Should we/can we move those items to the OS menu instead of using an in-app menu?

@chughes297 can you provide some more information here? Are there problems we have encountered with the built-in menu?

Trying to make a priority decision on this and I don't think I have enough context.
