Support for XDEBUG_TRIGGER cookie name

If you have some time could I please request addition of support for XDEBUG_TRIGGER cookie name instead of the the separate name for each mode?

I think in terms of addon config this would only require an addition of a checkbox and if ticked, using any mode would have a cookie of XDEBUG_TRIGGER=<value_of_the_trigger_for_that_mode>.

This Add-on obviously only set XDEBUG_SESSION Cookie, in spite of trigger options in Add-on config. If you need a custom trigger value, you have to set the "IDE key" to "other" and give them a custom value (your trigger value)
