Some text colors are rendered incorrectly
Describe the bug: Some text colors are too low-contrast to be visible, and some sections of pages do not have the correct background color.
Expected behavior: The style should make GitHub look as advertised in the README.
Where did this happen: This occurs on all GitHub pages.
Steps to reproduce: Unknown, it just kind of started happening.

Desktop: MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 Browser: Firefox 85.0.2 / 86.0
Similar problem in the Issues/Pull Requests tabs.
Any fix?
