Explosive Types
I'm always frustrated because there's no way to customize the type of submunition in a cluster bomb.
The solution? Subtypes for submunitions.
Maybe add a value for explosion types for submunitions. Hell, we could extend this to all munitions. Maybe the following types would be useful
Incendiary Nuclear is the same as emp because it already exists in BDA+ Gas (kills kerbals, but that wouldn't really do much, cuz who really puts kerbals on EVA anymore?) EMP already exists, so it'd be easier to implement EMP submunitions
