Publish hemtt-serde and other components on Crates.io

Hey @BrettMayson - I'm looking to use hemtt-serde in my own project. Would it be possible to release it to crates.io? I'd like to be able to add the dependency without breaking my CI.

If not, I'll just copy the crate and package it with my project - if that's okay with you.

I am not yet ready to release them to crates.io, but that will happen in the future.
