Error in the OCR.ipynb notebook output

I have managed to run the OCR notebook and got good results only once, but after running it twice the image output is incorrect, I don't know why, can anybody help me?

I run OCR.ipynb using the pre trained model. I want to recognize English text, I know I should retrain the model, but I dont know the steps.
