[Feature] Add Good practices for "Remote - Containers - VS Code"

I believe will be awesome if this git repository could be updated with a "devcontainer.json" with best practices :-) The Remote - Containers VS Code extension will solve the big challenge about to deal with node_modules in NodeJS applications.
