Implement server members list on the right

I just wanted to let you all know where I am on this feature. Right now, the member list essentially works. Clicking the button will show the member list exactly as you would expect it (though user statuses are not shown). Also, infinite scrolling is not yet implemented, so you can only see the first 99 members. Just a bit more work is needed to optimize the member list, though infinite scrolling may be a challenge. User statuses could come as a separate update. A little more work is needed to make sure that you can pin the member list to keep it open between sessions on large window sizes.

Infinite scrolling is done now and in Oxidized Valley. It mostly works. The whole thing still needs a little more work.
