Feature request: Epoch timestamps!

Description of feature or change I'd like Oxidized to support Epoch timestamps, like Discord does. You can use this site to generate them.

Mockup How it looks like on Discord:

Rationale Just the code in the message looks weird and these can be used for specifyting time (ex. giveawaybot) or in events, which is very useful.
