Playhead time resets when it shouldn't (Synchronous play)

Hello,

I have been having an issue with AB tests, on syncronous playing, where the playhead resets when a different track is listened to, even though the track does not reset.

Further to this, when I submit a page, the playhead does not reset, despite it now restarting a new set of audio tracks, this has confused some participants into thinging the page is not submitting properly.

Is this across a range of browsers or just a specific one?

Has this been reviewed? Has there been any progress on this? As I am building a test again, and it seems to happen on multiple interfaces and multiple browsers.

No this hasn't been reviewed yet! But I will get to it to see what is happening

It's ok. It just looks pretty odd when I am trying to run a test.

This issue is occuring on all listening tests - not just AB tests
