Is this still under development? I want to see how you did the part 3 it's awesome hoping you did not stop the development.

Hi @orlyyani;

I definitely have plans to follow up with Part 3, just not sure when I'll be able to commit to it - most of my time is focused on preparing the final release of PySceneDetect v0.5, after that, I can look at coming back to this.

The background ideas for Part 3 are implemented in PySceneDetect currently as the ContentDetector class/detect-content command, if you are curious as to how the algorithm itself works (you can see an example of it in action here).

I'll leave this issue open until I've published Part 3. Thank you for your interest!
