DVR-Scan should emit a log message whenever a new video is opened

Description of Problem & Solution

When scanning multiple videos, it would be useful if a log message could be emitted before each video is loaded. This would help debug issues when a single video makes scanning fail.

We might also want to consider having two progress bars: one for the current video, and one for how many frames remain to be processed.
