User infractions count is only displaying the count of warnings, not bans.

As a moderator or admin, when viewing the page of a user who has bans, the infractions count is only counting warnings, not bans.

The red number here is showing the total points and not the number of infractions. I think the UI could be improved here to make that more clear. @sleeping-dev and I agreed that bans will not have any points that count towards the infraction as the workflow of a mod is to infract the user, then ban. Maybe the Infractions: 1 could change to [number of infractions]Infractions: total infraction points and to make it consistent for reports also [number of reports] Reports
