Animations Not Triggering When Switching to Another Extension’s Webview Panel

Animations stop working if the user navigates to a webview panel provided by another extension (e.g. GitLens, Git Graph etc.). The expected behavior is that animations should work everywhere, files, webview panels, custom editors by other extension, secondary sidebar...
