Feature Request: Hide speaker selection drop down

this is what I would like to. Have a default device and then the ability to hide the speaker field

Speaker selection menu is not touch screen friendly

Follow this so it does not auto select the device: https://github.com/custom-cards/spotify-card/issues/169 and then I recommend removing devices so only like 4 show up so you don't have to scroll. This...
