This seems like something that would go into the settings menu.
Alternatives include having the commander spawn with internals turned off, so they actually test the nukie base's air like the test intends.
Probably need to also test for the internals being off
PDA's have owners. Instead of looking for the PDA on the player, shouldn't it just look for the PDA that is owned by that person?

This is an amazing change. Welding mask are supposed to be for welding. Currently they are only used against revs and for malf borgs. Keep up the great work!

Yeah, It doesn't work with implants for some reason. It will have to work when #30359 gets merged
