Blank space cover up banner on only iOS

I have integrate Banner Journey but on browser on iOS, it show wrong. Having a blank space cover up banner, just scroll page down, the banner appear gradually.

I have tried z-index the banner but cannot custom css the iframe. Help me please. Thank you.
