clearer message texts?
In the preferences, I don’t get what two options could mean:

$ auto. -
Display text modification.
$ auto means "close $ automatically" i.e. if you write $ in text mode two $ are added, and only one in math mode "Display text modification" is the small red vertical bar on the left of the line you modify on the editor, they disapear when you save (or become green if you are in an svn repository) I'm open to suggestion for better labels
Autoclose single math sign ($)?
Display modifications in text? (I really like this feature.)
Ok for the first one, for the second maybe 'display line state' or something like that since it is a line-based status
