Sync while scrolling stopped working

The position in the pdf is no longer changed when I scroll in the latex file; it worked for some time, but then it stopped. The reverse sync by crtl-click on the pdf still works. OS: windows 10

are you sure the option is still activated (in the bottom right corner of the window or in the menu Build>Sync)?

The same for me on Windows 10. There is no sync from the code to pdf, neither when I build, only ctrl-click from the pdf to the code. Yes, I have Build>Sync activated.
