[ENHANCEMENT] Update Wiki for General LEGUP use

Right now the Wiki explains rules for specific puzzles ... but we don;t have a page for the End users that explains the general flow of how to use LEGUP, and the various features there are

Describe the improvement you'd like

Update the Wiki to:

1. Explain the different parts if the interface: Board panel, Rule panel, and Proof/Tree panel
2. Go over the 'typical' flow of solving a LEGUP puzzle: How to use a Direct rule ... how to use a Case rule... how to use a Contradiction rule
3. Explain the different features. E.g. settings under 'Proof' menu ... what do they mean/do? Buttons in Tree panel (add, remove, merge, ...). Zoom in, zoom, out, max fit, etc.
