[ENHANCEMENT] New Icons needed! (Icon editor feature?)

I don't know if the icon editor is up, but I need more icons for the Light Up Advanced Rules/Strategies page. The page in question is here. I would do it myself but I have horrible photoshop skills.

Alternatively, this issue can also be used as a request for the Icon Editor feature.

My idea has always been to use the puzzle editor to be able to create icons. I'm not sure how easy it'll be to do this, but perhaps someone can look into that idea?

Perhaps we can consider closing this due to the process that was outlined in #569? We should probably put it more formally somewhere in the documentation.
