[ENHANCEMENT] Main LEGUP tutorial page

There is a current "Tutorial" page in the wiki that just states "Tutorial is under development...", and the last edit was at Oct 11, 2022. What should go there?

Describe the improvement you'd like
Either delete the page and make the wiki link just text or make a meaningful general tutorial to the LEGUP software
It could include steps to find and open puzzles, a simple tutorial of how to solve a single puzzle, and how to create your own puzzle, and how to edit puzzles (along with a tutorial for each of those.)

Tutorial page now has some content ... though it currently mostly focuses on rules. I think we should still add some info as to how to use LEGUP in general, e.g:
- Explain the different panels (rules, board, tree/proof), what functionality they have, and how to do that ... kind of feedback you're getting, etc.
- How to open/save/edit proofs
