Clean up discord custom emotes from message analysis

Currently shows up as <:emotename:emoteid>. Might want to only show :emotename:

Some things to consider.

Will this conflict with when people do this with non-existent emotes? :randomwords: How does the data show it when people escape existing emotes? \:holyfugface\: Should we care the potential conflicts? It could just be :emotename: when displayed but stored as <:emotename:emoteid>

I don't think the difference between :randomword:, <randomword:123> and <randomword:234> is significant to the user, and can be considered one and the same.

How does the data show it when people escape existing emotes? :holyfugface:

Unsure, might want to play around with the API to investigate
