When will version 3 be stable ? i see version 3 is alpha at present.

I need to update symfony/console to 6.4 and above . but for that composer-git-hooks should be version 3 . As composer-git-hooks is alpha updating symfony/console to 6.4 and above is not possible . Kindly let me know when will the stable version be released
