Minimize to Tray

Could we please get an option and or just straight change the behavior to minimize to tray rather then taskbar as this is the kind of program you just leave running in the background. I'd be willing to do you up an icon for the tray too if you'd like!

Not ideal, but there are programs to minimize programs to tray. Personally I use AquaSnap, but a free alternative is RBTray. Definitely echoing the request for a native option however. It would be ideal if there were an option for it to start minimized too.
